I don't trust myself. It's sad, but true. It took a lot of trial and error for me to discover how to avoid making risky decisions in my life. Want to know my secret?
Shopping at a supermarket is safer than cooking at home. I've tried hundreds of times to disprove this, but I've failed. I'll eat whatever's around.

Alcoholics must abstain from alcohol completely. Having an alcoholic at home is not a good idea. It also doesn't seem easy to abstain from alcohol when you're surrounded by alcoholics.
Is it safe to keep sugar-free cakes and cookies in the house if you have diabetes? I'd have to triple my insulin dose. A diabetic with insulin resistance should not open the refrigerator to find sugary soft drinks.
What if you have rheumatoid arthritis or are gluten intolerant? DO YOU WANT TO MAKE SANDWICHES FOR other people.
What is expected of a person with heart disease? Do they want to smell French fries and burgers cooking all day? I'm sure it wouldn't work.
That's my secret. I should avoid bringing unsafe food into my home because I will eat humburgers. When I follow that rule, I am rewarded with positive results.
Second secret: the opposite is also true. I'll eat what's in my kitchen if it's healthy. Go one step further. I understand the importance of exercise. When I have exercise equipment at home, I use it more!
Keep your choices out of the hour's house if you want to lose weight and stay healthy. Instead, eat healthy foods.
